Alan Meyburgh - Professional Sculptor

Introduction
Sculptor Alan Meyburgh, who resides in Perth, Western Australia, has spent most of his life in the outdoors following his passion for photography, fly-fishing, bird-watching, wildlife, trekking and various outdoor sports. These activities are his inspiration and the essence of his sculptures.
Though born into a family of artists, Alan’s love for wildlife actually saw him start his professional career in game ranching, where he spent four years.
A regular contributor to South Africa’s premier fly-fishing magazine, "The Complete Fly Fisherman", Meyburgh has also been featured in a number of publications and has appeared on television and radio for his work.
